Selling A Used Car Using A Video Recording

When recording video footage of your used vehicle its important to create compelling video. Have a plan to work to, stop and think how am i going to start Selling A Used Car
You want to video all the vehicles finest details, its added extras and selling points. Theses can be anything from bodykits, to fresh or sporty interiors,
alloy wheels, or the way it sounds ( porsche 911`s especially). But its important to have a little plan, an idea about how your going to tackle the video footage.
It makes the whole process much simpler, and gives you more confidence that you know what you doing....remember stop and think how am i going to
sell my car

Record a full 360 of the outside of the vehicle, taking into count the wheels if alloys show them off. Its also a chance to show the condition of the tires
themselves, the depth of tread and overall condition of the tire walls. Show the vehicle from different angles, all vehicles have an side they look great from.
If theres any damage show it, the customer will only see it when they come to view.

Then its under the bonnet, show the buyer the engines condition, possibly test the oil and let them see. Also get some footage of the boot
space, this in itself can be very advantageous for large familys or people with pets. So show it all, its your chance to really sell what your selling.
Make the most of the interior, as you know this is also a huge. Especially if the vehicles a prestigious, classic or sports label.
Show the dashboard clearly, taking into account the mileage so the customer can see. If showing the cd player, do not over do it and play it
too loud. It will only distort the overall sound quality, and make it sound bad.

I'm sure everyone will have there own way of recording there vehicle, and that is fine. I find that recording in one continuous motion, with no gaps
within the recording `has an adverse affect`. In that the footage becomes shaky and distorted, especially if the person recording is not steady
of hand. And as you go from filming exterior to interior, it all just looks a little unprofessional.

I prefer and advise you to consider shooting in clips and put them all together with `video editing software`. let me what i mean, if i record
the vehicle in one full motion. My footage will be shaky and look unprofessional. But if i record from the front to the side door, then stop.
Then record from the side door to the rear of the vehicle, then stop again. Do the same with the wheels, added extras, and interior.
Upload to a PC and edit the clips using video editing software, putting in subtitles and transitions in between the clips. The video looks so much
more professional, clean and with the added `transitions` continuous and watchable. Giving you the best chance possible to Sell A Used Car.
